Parker and I went to the dollar movie on Friday and saw Invictus and thought it was wonderful! Very inspiring. One of the songs from the movie has become a favorite for us and we listen to it over and over again, not only because it's good, but because it reminds us of the movie. :) It's called "Colorblind", by Overtone.
In other news, we had a fun weekend. We had a busy Saturday including:
Breakfast at our house with a couple of the guys on Parker team for work.
A big mid-term test for Maren.
BYU basketball game (which was AMAZING! so intense... and pretty disappointing when we lost. I really thought they were going to pull it off, but...)
The Utah Flash basketball game (that's right, 2 basketball games in one day) with FRONT ROW tickets. We were right there on the court where we could smell the sweaty guys. It was a fun experience, plus we got to have drinks (the best-ever italian sodas) during half-time upstairs in their special room. We're pretty much high class. Thank you Living Scriptures for the fun evening!
Grocery shopping at 11:00 pm. We needed milk.
